olah raga ga harus fitness (mahal n ga baik untuk umur2x pertumbuhan)
tirulah "saya" yang suka gandolan di pantai
atau pull up juga bagus untuk membentuk bahu biar tetap tegap.
dan yang terakhir banyaklah minum air putih. jika perlu bawa air putih sendiri dari rumah jika kita sedang pergi ke tempat yang tidak menjual minuman (sangu botol rek) Smile
